Our goal at Mann Up Athletics is to operate a multi-faceted facility that caters to athletes of all ages & spectrums. We strive to provide the best training for our athletes, through our methodology of; speed, agility, strength/conditioning, power/explosiveness, balance/stability, weight management, core/reaction training, and overall athlete athleticism, which teaches athletes to think outside the box.

GBGB Group Plans

Drop-in class

$35 - Session expires 2 weeks from the time of purchase.

A drop in session can be used as an assessment or If you are looking to add in an extra day onto your program for the week. *Interested in an assessment please contact us.

Join Class

1x week class

$125 - 1 Group session per week.

This program is for 1 training session a week for the month, in a group setting focusing on speed and agility. Positioning young athletes to excel with over all athleticism.

Join Class

2x week class

 $225 - Group sessions per week.

This program is for 2 training session a week for the month, in a group setting focusing on the fundamentals of strength and conditioning. Positioning young athletes to excel with over all athleticism through power, strength and explosive weight training regimens.

Join Class

3x week class

$325 - 3 Group session per week.

This program is for 3 training session a week for the month, in a group setting focusing on overall athleticism of our kids through fundamentals of strength and conditioning, speed and agility, with core flexibility, stability and mobility. Positioning our young athletes to excel in any sport they proceed unto. Creating an overall elite athlete.
